Research shows that a girls body image and confidence is a direct reflection of her mothers. It's our goal to support you and your overall health and wellbeing so that we are all becoming the best role models for her that we can be. Because as you know, she'll do what you do, not what you say to do.

The POWER of MOM is one-on-one text support providing motivation, support, and specific tools and strategies to help you reach your ultimate level of confidence and wellness. No social media needed. This is all done inside of the texting app, Telegram.

In addition to focusing on you, we will also provide additional support with all things HER. You can use this space to ask for support with your daughter and our team of experts will provide guidance or offer resources as needed.
